Training Company forms Partnership with Breaching Tool Manufacturer

Rapid Assault Tools (RATOOLS), a leading manufacturer of innovative breaching tools and training aides for law enforcement and military units, has announced today that it is forming a partnership with Spartan International Consulting Group.   Spartan International Consulting Group is a company that conducts training, consulting, and outfitting for Law Enforcement and Military organizations.
